The ASP code for this site was written entirely by Bill Woodland, using TextPad, typing it all in by hand. That way, he knows exactly what is in each web page that gets served. Xwrite Traditional, with CSS for style(s).
The navbar was taken from http://css.maxdesign.com.au/listamatic/horizontal03.htm, and modified heavily.
