Login in using guest for user name and password. Check your graduating class. If you're not listed, logout, and then click on "register yourself here" to enter your own information.
If you ARE listed, it's possible that I already have your email address on file, and have assigned you a password. Logout and click on "I lost my password. Please email it to me" and then enter your email address and click on the "Email my password" button. If I don't have your email address on file, but your name is already in my database, please email me from the link you see there and send me your info. Once I've put your email address into the database, I'll send your password to you, along with a link to go back to the alumni page.
Once you get your password, try the "Change your own information" link, and fill in all the info that you're willing to share with the reunion committee members.
After that, feel free to view the data I have for your class, or for others. Click on the "Home" link to go back and view another year.
Guests can only see first and last names, and the date the information was last updated. Registered members can see first and last name, current last name, city, state, and last update date. Only registered users with ADMIN privaleges can access the other fields of information.
Admin Access
If you are marked as "admin" in the database, you should see a second dropdown list on the main page once you've logged in. This allows you to edit any of the records for your own graduating class. Bring up one to edit, make a change, and click on the button at the bottom to save the info. You'll be sent back to the main class page again.
If you want to add a new person, click on the ADD button at the bottom of that page. Admins can only edit their own class info, but can ADD to any class, because I'm using the same code for the ADD as I'm using for the "Register yourself" page.
There's also a calendar for posting reunion committee meetings, class reunions, casual get-togethers, weddings, and graduation exercises. To add to this calendar, you'll need to be an admin in classmates, just like adding/editing new people.
